Why is it, after years and years of restaurant service evolution, that Servers still come up and ask you how your food is, while you are chewing it? Don't they know that it is rude to talk with food in your mouth? I always end up giving a head nod, when I might actually want to say, "this is the best asparagus that I've ever tasted".
