We are proud to announce the arrival of August Lind. August arrived @ 4:30 pm today and tipped the scales at 8 lbs 6.5 oz, and was 21.5 inches long (already almost as tall as his dad). Everyone is doing great! Love, Leif & Hatti

Dear friends and family, Lukas James Hembre arrived in the world at 4 am on Tuesday 2/21. Yep, that's right, he's here already! He was due to be born April 10, so he was about 7 wks premature and caught us a little off guard :) I am happy to report, though, that both he and his mom Hatti are doing very well. He weighed in at a whopping 4 lbs 7 oz and is 18.5 in long. He will need to spend some time in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Children's Hospital in St. Paul until he gets a little bigger and learns to breastfeed. The nurses and doctors at the NICU are great and Luke is already progressing well in the short time that he has been there. Thanks for all of your support.
