Suden Impact
(from Craig) Wolf in Sheep's Clothing arrived for their first match with only one of it's regulars.....and we had to start with 4 on the floor (since one of our girls who has been to this gymnasium countless times decided to take a tour on County Road B2), against one of our arch rivals. Sudden Impact, aka dork with shirt tucked in his pants that you want to punch in the store, proved to be too much for us in game one as we lost a nail biter. After regrouping and filling in a few of the missing pieces we were locked and loaded and defeated the opposition in the next two matches. All of the games were close, but the stress level was surprisingly low as we look to have a rather fun and efficient squad. Highlights include 3 big guys (Keith, Salty and Dan) pounding the ball, great serves from Trina, excellent setting and hustle by all of the ladies, and Craig choking on a weak tip. Speaking of tips have you seen the animated advertising in the men's urinal at Friday's?

Northern Lights
(from Craig) Swept three against that team of young ones who used to pack the house with their fans. Guess they could have used them this year.

Legends
(from Craig) Without Michelle the legends looked to be in disarray. We pelted their aging squad with some blistering blows and again came out of this match.

Hilltoppers
(from Craig) They had the height and showed some potential, but still we were too much for them. Trina served like a superstar, and the last 2 matches made us a little nervous but we held on. Jessi's truck died and we had to play with 4.

Court Jesters
(from Craig) We rallied the troops and despite not playing our best games of the year we won all 3.

Fantastics
(from Bic) Back on the court. Aaaah! With the Asian Sensations making their first appearance this season, the Wolves weren’t sure what would happen. Well, good things. With a minor hiccup or two, the Wolves showed the Fantastics that they weren’t all that fantastic. Huge swings by “Looking for this boys?” Craig, “My soup is too cold” Keith and “This is a BOWL?” Pat (When are you going to learn?!) coupled with solid play by “Vacuumatic” Steph, “Gotta go cut deer” Jessi and “I need to work on the serves” Bic secured the Wolves another win. With a l’il jaunt to the local Chilis for name the wait-staff game and some (free) grub ranging from Rancid Chicken (Ick!) to Chocolate Molten (YUM!) we were back on track to let the good times roll.

Sudden Impact
We sucked. We couldn't carry our anger for our opponent in the second game and fell flat in the third. Drats!

Northern Lights
Hung on to win in game one (after having something like a 15 point lead), blew them out in game two and dropped the ball in game three. Oh yeah, didn't like the ref either. Okay, recaps and MVP voting weren't so strong this season. Save it up. For now, enjoy the Holiday Party season and we'll see you in 2005!
